So, you’ve gone and made the Brisket I was talking about yesterday, and now you’re all “Hey, there’s too much meat. What do I do with all this meat?” Well here is one idea, but be more careful next time. This blog is not for whiners, you better get your shit together.

leftover brisket
provolone cheese
1/2 a red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/4 cup beef stock
buns
maybe some bbq sauce, you know, only if you want

Put some oil in a pan and heat it up, get it all hot and mean. Puts them onions in there and listen to them scream for 1 minutes. Add the peppers and witness the horror for 2 more minutes. Add your sliced leftover brisket just till just warm. Now you want to add that beef stock and let everything soften until the stock is nearly evaporated. Now take that food and put it on a bun. Bun’s gotta be fresh, just gotta be. Stick a bit of provolone up in that food, and maybe some bbq sauce on the top of that bun. Better eat that before your pep-pep smells it. He’ll steal it from you for sure.
