Prosciutto Wrapped Figs

This recipe is so easy it may actually be cheating. Now, ingredients are important, the better those are the better the results. For instance, you might think the honey you’ve been eating out of a teddy bear is real honey. Well that honey has been lying to you. The North American market has been pasteurizing honey for no actual reason. Well, no health reason anyway. Unpasteurized honey tastes better, and contains enzymes that are good for you. Fact.
Ingredients
- Fresh Figs
- Prosciutto
- Honey – Unpasteurized
- Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
So this almost seems silly to spell out, but cut the figs in half, and slice the prosciutto in half length wise. Wrap one in the other. Drizzle with honey and balsamic. Seriously, that’s it.

I don’t think that it is fair that I have drool running down my face, and I’ve gained 5 pounds just reading this blog!!! Those tasty little procutto morsels are a must try!!! Yum!!!
